Billing, Trial & Cancellation

These terms cover pricing, the free trial, automatic renewal, and cancellation. They are incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

• The trial runs seven (7) days from account activation.
• A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You are not charged during it.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged your plan rate, as shown at checkout, plus any usage charges.
• We send a reminder to your account email before the trial converts.
• One trial per business. We may decline a trial to an account that has already had one.

2. Subscription and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current rate until cancelled. Usage charges — telephony minutes, message segments, and model usage above plan allowances — are billed in arrears on the next invoice.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, by either route, with no retention call and no cancellation fee:

1. Self-service in the customer billing portal; or
2. Emailing [email protected] from your account email address.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Cancelling during the free trial takes effect immediately and you are not charged. We confirm every cancellation in writing — keep that confirmation.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods, except: where required by law; where we cancel your account other than for a policy violation, in which case we refund the unused prepaid portion; and where we agree in writing that a service failure warrants a credit. Usage charges already incurred with carriers and model providers are not refundable. Disputing a charge with your bank before contacting us may result in suspension — email us first and we will usually resolve it faster.

5. Price changes

We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect. If you do not accept it, cancel before the effective date and you will not be charged the new rate.

6. Failed payments and taxes

If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. We may suspend the Services after a reasonable cure period and terminate the account for continued non-payment. Prices exclude taxes; you are responsible for applicable sales and use taxes other than taxes on our income.

7. Implementation work

Custom implementation is quoted separately in a statement of work, invoiced per the schedule in that document, and is not covered by the subscription terms above.
